In education, what role (S) should technology play? How does current research-based evidence support the use of technology? Is that correct? While answers to satisfy all sides of the argument may not be readily available, let us look at a few different perspectives on the subject. Rather than creating dependencies and turning youngsters into obedient robots, like many fears, technology might be used to give kids more autonomy and help them develop true leadership qualities.

Even though technology is now being integrated into education,  teaching and learning remain a problem. Although many schools now have quick access to technology, well-trained instructors, and a favorable regulatory climate, technology use in the classroom remains low.

Many instructors have struggled to integrate technology into their classrooms, according to research. This might be because many educators have yet to investigate the connection between technology and pedagogy. As instructors try to integrate technology into their classrooms, this may help foster critical thinking.

On the other hand, technology must be used in the classroom if it is suitable for the occasion at hand. Furthermore, technology must be an educational tool if instructors are involved in the decision-making process. While teachers are responsible for facilitating education and utilizing technology in the classroom, many school officials make technology adoption/training choices without consulting teachers.

Technology's Role in Education:

There are a variety of reasons why technology is a vital part of education. Technology is required everywhere, whether we like it or not, and our kids must be aware of it if they want to succeed in post-secondary education and the corporate world. As a result, the use of technology in education is becoming increasingly important.

Technology is necessary to learn, whether we like it or not. Children are better off learning since the world is changing so quickly. Every industry needs it, and there is no way around it. Technology nowadays entails more than just mastering basic computer skills. Technology has become an integral part of everyone's daily life, and pupils who understand it are more likely to thrive in the corporate world.

2) The Digital Natives Are Students:

Many teenagers don't understand technology, as well as students do. Because music is such a vital part of their lives, it makes learning simple. They have improved their multitasking abilities as a result of using technology in the classroom. It's becoming increasingly impossible to study without it now. This information is critical since it is impossible to survive in the actual world without it.

3) Technology has improved relationships between teachers and students:

Teachers assume consultant, content expert, and coach roles when they successfully incorporate technology into diverse subject areas. As a result, teaching and learning may be made simpler, more meaningful, and enjoyable with technology. Through technological apps, students may also collaborate with their peers.

4) Online testing is now available:

Online examinations are one regulation that schools do not have control over, but they must adapt to them. Exams taken online are the way of the future, and they provide several benefits. With the use of technology, it is possible to assess pupils' performance right away. Teachers can better detect and comprehend students' enthusiasm for the topic despite viewing exam results in real-time.

5) Technology is Limitless:

Students can grasp a subject in a variety of ways if they are familiar with technology outside of the textbook. Teachers can come up with a variety of unique teaching strategies to keep their pupils engaged. Learning has become more practical as a result of technological advancements. Students in schools around the country come from a wide range of socioeconomic backgrounds, and they do not always receive the resources they desire. The employment of technology in the classroom permits that gap to be filled.

6) Students Can Learn Themselves:

Students study at their own speed, as we've learned through years of experience. The typical classroom, on the other hand, frequently makes this impossible. Pupils may now slow down and go over topics and concepts again thanks to incorporating technology into education, while more advanced students can go on. It also enables the instructor to provide more individualized assistance to students.
