Unfortunately, the fees associated with withdrawals and sendings have risen due to the  0.2% tax added by the Cameroon government.

MTN Mobile Money deposit  P2P ( personal to personal Momo) Charges in Cameroon 2022 

For all personal to personal transfers, vai Mtn Momo a tax of 0.2% applies. So any amount you are sending from your personal Mtn Momo account 0.2% tax of the total amount will be calculated and added on the normal Mtn transfer charger. For example, if you send 200000frs to your loved one, normally Mtn will charge you 300frs. calculating and adding the 0.2% of 200000frs your total charger will now be 300 + 400  =700frs
